3 hourly rate plans (plan are subject to change and are intended use for Apartments or muti-plexs with non critical or parishable goods ) medical facilities, resturants, food markets of any kind are excluded from plan 1 & 2. with 20+ units

Basic labor rate plan includes

  1. $29.95 hourly rate
  2. 12 - 48 hr Response time
  3. Labor warranty 90 days
  4. 7am – 5pm  
    • Monday – Friday 7am-5pm Saturday 8am-12pm
    • Closed Sunday & holidays
  5. Emergency Calls $69.95 after 5pm
  6. 3- 8hr response time (emergency) 
  7. 2 free service calls per month $39.95 after 2 and after 5pm
  8. Invoice payment cycle due 1-3 day
  9. 3 yr service agreement

 Select Labor rate plan includes

  1. $39.95 hourly rate
  2. 8-36 hr Response time
  3. Labor warranty 1yr
  4. Emergency Calls $69.95 after 5pm
  5.   3- 6hr. response time (emergency)
  6. 3 free service calls per month $39.95 after 3
  7. Invoice payment cycle due 1-7 day.
  8. 7am – 5pm (After hour rate $67.95 & Service call charge 39.95)
    • Monday – Friday 7am-5pm Saturday 8am-12pm
    • Closed Sunday & holidays

 Pluss Labor rate plan includes

  1. $44.95 hourly rate
  2. 3-12 hr  reg. response time
  3. Labor warranty 2yr
  4. Emergency call $69.95 after 7pm
  5. 1- 4hr. response time (emergency) 
  6. 6 free service calls per month $39.95 after 6
  7. Invoice payment cycle due 1-30 day.
  8. No overtime 7am – 7pm  (flat rate $44.95)
    • Monday – Friday 7am-7pm
    • Saturday, Sunday & Holidays 8am-12pm 

  •  Labor plans negotiated into our 3 yr service agreement plans and subject to early termination fee of $150.

  • Summer Hourly Rates are subject to change without service agreement.
